The apartment has two large storage areas, and a hook up for a washer and dryer is provided in the basement.
The rent would be 2150 euro a month (cold), and includes the use of a one-car garage.
The advance payment for the Nebenkosten would be 250 euro per month (e.g., heating, water, shared expenses). The tenant would be responsible for electricity and Internet.
