My stay at Stuttgarter Str. 67 Vermietung Whg. 4, has been nothing less than satisfying. When we first came to Stuttgart, we were looking for an upscale 2 bedroom two bathroom apartment directly in the heart of the city with bakeries, shops, and restaurants within walking distance for our apartment, while always keeping security in mind.
Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for while living at the home but the modern, upscale accommodations exceed our expectations. Furthermore the building offered underground secure parking that can accommodate large American vehicles (I have a Ram 2500 Mega-Cab truck) which is extremely difficult to find in other Germany apartment buildings.
If we weren’t transferring to another Military base within Germany, I would most definitely stay at the flat for my entire tour in Stuttgart. The building management was fantastic and very responsive to maintenance problems or any other concerns around and within the building.
The other tenants in the building are very respectful and courtesy of noise living so closely together, and I was pleasantly surprised at the noise levels from the streets and traffic below, in addition to being barely noticeable in the evening and weekends.
I can recommend living there to anyone looking for an upscale, quality secure accommodations with, shops, bakeries, restaurants an added bonus of having a German Beer Garden within walking distance, while experiencing first-hand the best of city life in Germany.

Short distance to the Killesberg parc (there is an outdoor pool) and the castle "Solitude" or Ludwigsburg
Miles to go walking or using the bike
