This home is conveniently located less than 5 miles from Panzer Kaserne, 11 miles from Patch Barracks, and 11 miles from Kelley Barracks, It is also a short 15 minutes drive to the Airport and 20-25 minutes to downtown Stuttgart. Steinenbronn / Schoenaich / Waldenbuch are lovely town´s with an active community. There are street fests celebrating May 1st, St. Marten's Tag, and Fasching. The town has several bread and pastry bakeries, butcher shops, grocery stores, restaurants, hair salons, English-speaking doctors/dentists, and other professional services. There is a large mediotec (library), an arts school, a music school, and a full-day preschool/kindergarden. The town has a number of playgrounds, and an outdoor swimming pool. There is the famous Ritter Sport chocolate factory not far away from the house. Population is approximately 9,000 people, small and quaint with everything you need.
