The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people – the cozy bed (140x200 cm, Emma One mattress) and the comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm) ensure restful nights and a good layout.

The apartment is completely at your disposal – including the terrace and small garden. It consists of a small but nice kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower & hairdryer as well as a spacious living and sleeping area with clever room separation. The large window front provides plenty of light and direct access to the terrace - ideal for a relaxed start to the day.
The dining table for four people is perfect for shared meals, home office or a cozy game night. Free WiFi is of course available to you - because who can get by without the internet these days?
Kitchen equipment - small but impressive!
The kitchen offers everything you need for daily needs: a microwave with hot air function, a stove with two burners and of course all the important kitchen utensils. There is no separate oven - but who needs one when the bakery is just a few minutes' walk away?

We speak German and English and are happy to answer any questions you may have. The apartment is on the ground floor, so you don't have to worry about stairs.
