I really enjoyed living at Seyfferst. 38. It is a GREAT location! It has all your daily needs within a couple blocks. It’s walking distance to the center of downtown and being right off one of the main S-Bahn stations makes it really easy to get anywhere in town. The natural light, tall ceilings, and recent renovations give the apartment a very clean look.
