The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and sofa bed, as well as a living room with TV, dining/work table and balcony. The sofa bed in the second bedroom can also be moved into the living room for more flexibility if required.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a spacious shower and washbasin as well as a toilet. A free washing machine is also available. There is also a storage room in the flat to store your own belongings.

For your digital connectivity, we offer you free 50 Mbit/s Internet (WLAN) from Vodafone. Our hosts speak German and English and will be happy to help you.


The flat is located in Stuttgart-Degerloch, about 4 km south of Stuttgart city centre. There is no private car park, but there is plenty of parking along the street. The centre of Degerloch is about 550 m away and offers various amenities.

For those wishing to use public transport, there are good connections: The light rail stop for 4 lines is only about 200 m away, and bus stops for 8 lines can be reached within 500 m. This makes access to public transport very convenient.

It is also worth mentioning that the Deloitte company is only 200 metres from the flat, which could be an advantage for commuters.

For bicycles, there is a secure bicycle storage room or in the private cellar belonging to the flat.
