• 7+ years of professional experience as a certified translator for English
• Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, flexible and reliable

• Thorough knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in any environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to grasp concepts and procedures quickly
• Ability to multi-task and work with little or no supervision

Major Duties:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings
• Provide general clerical duties
• Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, etc.
• Gather information to prepare statement of accounts and other reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and research new deals and supplies
• Book travel arrangements
• Provide general support to visitors and clients
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
• Respond to questions and requests for information
• Data entry and updating database
• Monitor budget
• Translate legal and medical documents, certificates, etc.
