Rental Costs
Monthly Base rent: €2,700
Garage: €50 per month
Additional operating costs: approximately €100 per month, including waste collection, wastewater, property insurance, maintenance and other regular property related costs.
Heating and hot water are provided by a new gas heating system installed approximately three years ago. Gas and electricity are paid separately by the tenant.
As a general guideline, combined gas and electricity costs have typically been around €400 to €600 per month, depending on individual usage and heating habits.
Internet and other personal services are also paid separately by the tenant.
